Mental Health is key to being physically healthy. Sometimes it’s hard to know where to start, or how to find mental help. In 2023, Teens especially, have more mental health struggles than ever before. Angelina College is holding its mental health first aid for adolescents on Friday, April 21, 2023.
All admissions are free for this event. This event teaches you how to, understand and respond to signs of mental illness. In the Mental Health Aid training, you too know all the skills you need to know. You will also learn how to respond to and connect people to the care they need. It will be held at Angelina College 3500 South First Street Lufkin, TX 75904.
