The Health and Fitness Fair is held on the third Thursday of March each year. The purpose of the fair is to educate Shelby County and the surrounding areas about health resources available in the area, about personal health and developing a healthy lifestyle through healthy eating and regular exercise. It is the perfect opportunity for our members to participate and showcase their health related businesses.
