Texas and Louisiana residents need to start paying attention. Overnight model runs are showing tracks that Harvey will probably become a storm again and head up our direction on the Gulf Coast by the end of the week. Multiple models are now displaying that Harvey will become a hurricane by landfall. At the very least, a track like this with an expected slow down once inland would cause significant flood concerns for all of us in the Texas Forest Country region and all of Louisiana.
