Angelina College’s AC Singers Presenting ‘Showtime! 2016’ at Temple Theater

Date:

Angelina College’s popular song-and-dance ensemble, the AC Singers, will host a trip down Memory Lane with the annual Showtime performances at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday, April 2, and at 2:30 p.m. on Sunday, April 3, in the Temple Theater located in the Angelina Center for the Arts Gallery on the AC campus.
Selected numbers for the performance run the gamut of music and dance genres, from pop to classic to old-time show tunes. In short, there’ll be something for everyone. Director Beckie Compton said this year’s program will run chronologically through music from decades beginning in 1900.
