Misty Boggs is the Creative Director at MSGPR. She lives in Angelina County and recently earned her bachelor's degree in Public Relations and a minor in Creative Writing at Stephen F. Austin State University. Between studying and working, she enjoys teaching her niece and nephew the fine art of never growing old.

Angelina College’s Psychology Club will team with grad students from Stephen F. Austin State University in presenting a fall mini-conference on Thursday, Nov. 12 in room 110 of the Social Behavioral Sciences building on the AC campus.

The sessions’ topics and times are as follows:

  • “Intolerance of Uncertainty as a Correlate of Suicidal Ideation” (2:45-3:45 p.m.), led by Michael Cortez and Brooke Bugni
  • “Are You Reading This? The Issues and Importance of Informed Consent Forms” (3:45-4:45), led by Kyle Ripley and Margaret Hance
  • Audience discussion of the topic transgender, with visual assistance of Steven Universe (4:45-5:30), led by Robert Hurt and Deana Jones.
