TxDot Click It Or Ticket Reminder

Date:

Please let this serve as a reminder to you about the TxDOT Click It Or Ticket event coming up on Wednesday, May 23, at 10:30 am at the Lufkin Municipal Court Building on Shepherd Street in Lufkin. Please send a representative from your law enforcement agency or media outlet to attend. The Press Conference will last about 30 minutes and the media will have the opportunity to conduct one-on-one interviews with the speakers at the close of the event.

Our line-up of speakers will be Lufkin Municipal Court Judge April Earley; Sgt. David Hendry, Texas Department of Public Safety Texas Highway patrol education spokesperson; Cpl. Brad Davis, Lufkin Police Department traffic safety division specialist; and Cheryl Flood, TxDOT Lufkin District Engineer.

State statistics for 2017 regarding seat belts will be released and our speakers will be informative about their roles in this important safety campaign that affects us all. We look forward to seeing you or your representative there!
