In & Out Smart Repair Coming to Lufkin

Date:

Whether a plop into the toilet or a drop shattering the screen, everyone’s had that moment of panic when it comes to their beloved devices. In & Out Smart Repair, a one-stop shop for all smart device needs, is filling the void for a reputable and dedicated repair business in Lufkin. Opening on Thursday, Jan. 12, the new repair store is located at 1905 Tulane Drive, Suite 121, in The Fashion District next to PetSmart.
To celebrate Lufkin’s In & Out Smart Repair opening in 2017, the first 17 guests through the doors on opening day will receive a $50 gift certificate good for a future smart device repair.
In & Out Smart Repair is an all-inclusive smart device repair center dedicated to providing customers with the highest quality services using on the highest quality parts available. It offers same-day, personalized services often within 30 minutes to an hour, which are backed by a lifetime warranty. Key services include smartphone, tablet and computer repairs. In addition to screen fixes, In & Out Smart Repair’s key services include battery, button and camera replacement.
The Lufkin In & Out Smart Repair is owned and operated by Paul Zeringue. Prior to opening his In & Out Smart Repair franchise, Zeringue worked in finance with New York Life in New Orleans and owned a bar and café in the city, too. He interned with the FBI while attending Southeastern Louisiana University. Zeringue planned to follow his father’s footsteps as an FBI agent, but Zeringue’s entrepreneurial spirit was too strong for a career with the government.
“We’ve all had that freak-out moment where our phone breaks and we’re not sure what to do,” said Zeringue. “I’m proud to offer the Lufkin community high quality fixes for all their devices. Our technicians are trained to be fast, while upholding the highest quality of service. In & Out Smart Repair can fix your device while you wait in our store and leave knowing we honor our commitment to our customers.”
In addition to repairs, customers can buy, sell or trade used devices and shop accessories for the most trusted brands of smartphones and tablets. If a device proves to be unrepairable, In & Out Smart Repair staff can recommend one of their refurbished devices to get the customer back up and running as quickly and painlessly as possible. Customers can also recycle old devices through In & Out Smart Repair’s government-certified program, allowing corrosive materials to be dealt with effectively and responsibly.
“We want to keep our customers connected to their everyday lives, because we know how important their devices are to them,” said John Mike Heroman, founder of In & Out Smart Repair. “We look forward to opening our doors in Lufkin and bringing our customers innovative, personalized services and solutions.”
In & Out Smart Repair has more than 70 locations open nationwide. The brand expects to open at least 30 more by the end of this year and is on track to having 250 locations open by the end of 2017. In & Out Smart Repair is seeking partners to develop new locations in the Eastern region of the U.S.
